The year 2000 was the first time "Slottsskogen Goes Progressive" saw the light. Now the time has rolled a few laps and now it’s the 17th year in a row! It is with a great pleasure we present another beautiful late summer festival in the progressive rock character!

Gothenburg's contribution to the festival is Inventors of the Universe. They have been likened to the Beatles, and finds its basis in psychedelia.

Niklas Lychou – Guitar, vocals
Niklas Lychou and Magnus Liljeqvist have played together since childhood but started MagNiFZnt 2011. Their goal was to fix a gig at zappanale 2012, which they did!
- To play Zappa's music in only two guitars and singing is a big challenge, explains Niklas. We are constantly expanding our repertoire and look forward to performing music of Zappa's tunes in all possible and impossible ways!
